Vasai: The Boisar cops have arrested four persons over the weekend for allegedly procuring raw material, manufacturing mephedrone, a narcotic drug, and selling it.
The main accused,Amaan Naim Murad, 29yrs, Vasai resident, holds a masters degree in chemistry while the other three — Kalim Shakir Khan, 24, Aman Sayyed,25, Sunny Singh, 29, all Mira Road residents, are school dropouts.
