Mumbai: MIDC police confirmed that Dinesh Nandwana (62), the founder and chairman of the city-based technology company Vakrangee Limited, passed away due to a cardiac arrest. The police filed an accidental death report. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) was conducting a search at his Andheri (East) premises on Friday when the incident occurred. The police investigation revealed no suspicious circumstances.MIDC police’s senior inspector Rajiv Chavan confirmed that the post-mortem examination indicated death by heart attack. The family has not lodged any complaints thus far. The ADR was filed following the post-mortem findings. tnn
