She pointed out that the first mistake women make is identifying themselves as women rather than simply as people.
Tamannaah emphasized the importance of moving beyond gender-based identities, urging individuals to see themselves as people first. She highlighted that the perception of women as “lesser” is deeply ingrained and often self-imposed. According to her, this mindset shapes how women perceive various industries. She stressed that self-perception as equals is crucial, asserting that change must begin internally to inspire equality externally.

The actress further emphasized the importance of active participation and perseverance in creating meaningful change within any industry. She advocated for being “in the game” rather than critiquing from the sidelines.
