Shiva Rajkumar is cancer-free after surgery; says, "I'll surely come with full force"
Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar announces he is cancer-free following bladder cancer surgery. In a heartfelt New Year message, his wife Geetha expressed gratitude for fans’ support. Despite undergoing chemotherapy, Shiva continued working and plans to return to full strength by March. The actor appreciated his family and doctors for their unwavering support.

Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar has announced that he is officially cancer-free following successful surgery for bladder cancer at the Miami Cancer Institute on December 24, 2024. In a New Year message shared on Instagram, his wife, Geetha Shivarajkumar, expressed gratitude for the support and prayers from fans who contributed to this positive outcome.
In the video, Geetha conveyed the good news, stating that all of Shiva’s medical reports, including pathology results, came back negative. This announcement brought immense relief and joy to their family and followers.

Shiva Rajkumar also shared his feelings, admitting that he felt scared but was bolstered by the love and support of his fans, family, and medical team. He said, “I’m scared that I might become emotional while talking because I was a little emotional while leaving. But there are ‘Abhimani Devaru’ who are there to instil courage. Some co-artists, friends, family, and doctors are also there to instil courage.”
Shiva revealed that he continued to work during his treatment, even shooting intense scenes for his upcoming film ’45’ while undergoing chemotherapy. Speaking of his work he also shared that doctors have asked him to go slow in the first month and get back to full force after March.

He further added, “I’ll surely come with full force, I won’t let that go. I’ll be back, and just like how Shivanna was before, there’ll be twice as much power in the dance, fights, and the looks. With your blessings, I will always be full of energy.”
He expressed deep appreciation for his wife Geetha and their daughter Niveditha’s support during this challenging time. He also conveyed his gratitude to his doctors while he was explaining the details of his surgery.
