Mahindra has dropped yet another teaser of the XEV 9S, this time offering a glimpse inside its upcoming all-electric SUV. Set to be the brand’s first seven-seater electric model, the XEV 9S is based on Mahindra’s dedicated INGLO platform. The model is set to make its global debut on November 27, 2025.As seen in the new video, there’s a wide connected display that merges the infotainment touchscreen and digital driver’s cluster. The XEV 9S also features a sliding middle row for better space management, a panoramic sunroof, a two-spoke steering wheel and a piano black-finished gear lever. Other highlights include leatherette seats with contrast stitching and glossy black dashboard accents.
Earlier teasers have already previewed key exterior elements including a closed-off grille with the Mahindra Electric logo, Y-shaped LED DRLs, triangular headlamp units, and aerodynamically designed alloy wheels. Other highlights include blacked-out ORVMs, dual-tone body cladding, a panoramic roof, and sleek connected LED taillamps at the rear.Inside, Mahindra is expected to equip the XEV 9S with a host of premium features such as ventilated and powered front seats, dual-zone climate control, wireless charging, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The SUV will also offer multi-colour ambient lighting, a head-up display, connected car functions, remote parking assist, and more.On the safety front, the upcoming SUV is likely to pack Level 2 ADAS technology along with multiple airbags, ESC, TPMS, ABS with EBD, and a 360-degree camera setup. While Mahindra has yet to confirm performance figures, the XEV 9S is expected to share its battery options with the XEV 9e and BE6: offering 59 kWh and 79 kWh packs. Depending on configuration, the claimed driving range could vary between 542 km and 656 km.
