The Institution of Valuers (IOV) has joined hands with CROTIS: The Property Lab to reportedly enhance access to property valuation services.
According to an IOV official, the collaboration is expected to introduce digital solutions aimed at improving valuation practices in the real estate sector. The official reportedly said that the partnership highlights the role of valuers in raising industry standards.
CROTIS managing director Sudhakar Vijayasarathy was quoted as saying that the initiative aims to improve the home-buying experience by offering standardized valuation solutions and guiding clients through the process.
“CROTIS is described as a due diligence platform that connects property experts with stakeholders, including homebuyers, developers, and lenders,” Vijayasarathy said.
The partnership is said to focus on ensuring accuracy and transparency in property valuation while addressing key challenges faced by stakeholders in the sector.
