NEW DELHI: Two men targeted a businessman in northwest Delhi‘s Bharat Nagar, stealing a jewelry bag from his car. The police are investigating whether the stolen jewelry is worth Rs one crore.
According to sources, the victim is a businessman who lives with his family in Pitampura.
On Tuesday night, the businessman was driving near a college when he stopped his car. Both men used a catapult to break the car’s windows and fled with a bag containing valuables.
The businessman then informed the police about the incident. The police registered a case based on the businessman’s statement and are reviewing CCTV footage from cameras near the crime scene to investigate the incident.
