Navi Mumbai: State deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde said that new housing schemes are being introduced to bring back Mumbaikars who have left the city. Shinde was speaking at an event at the Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan on the computerized lottery draw of 21,399 flats constructed by Cidco, on Wednesday. The event coincided with the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. BB Nayak
