If further added “We are continuing to investigate this issue.” OpenAI has not yet provided any details regarding the cause or the extent of the outage.

The latest ChatGPT’s downtime is affecting a significant number of users.As many as 26,000 people across the globe have reported facing issues with the AI tool. Downdetector indicates a spike in complaints around 9:19 AM, with the number continuing to rise as more users report problems.
Around 92% reported facing problems with ChatGPT. While other 7% and 1% are error on website and API.

This isn’t the first time ChatGPT has experienced downtime. A similar outage occurred in December, which was acknowledged by OpenAI.
