Hero MotoCorp has launched the updated version of its popular 125cc commuter motorcycle, the Glamour, now compliant with the new OBD2B emission standards. The 2025 Hero Glamour is priced from Rs 86,698, ex-showroom, which is Rs 2,000 more than before. It continues to be offered in two variants – Drum and Disc – with the top-end Disc version priced at Rs 90,698.

Despite the update, the mechanical setup of the bike remains unchanged. The Glamour is still powered by the same 124.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 10.5hp and 10.4Nm of torque. This motor is paired with a four-speed gearbox. The bike rides on 18-inch alloy wheels, suspended by telescopic front forks and dual rear shock absorbers.

The braking hardware remains basic yet functional, with the option of either drum brakes at both ends or a front disc with a rear drum. The kerb weight stands at 121.3kg, and the fuel tank capacity is a practical 10 litres. Feature-wise, the Glamour continues to offer essential additions like an LED headlamp, a USB charging port, and a digital instrument cluster among others. Colour options for the updated Glamour include Black with Silver, Red with Black, Black with Blue, and Black with Red. Interestingly, the Black with Red shade is available only with the Drum variant.
The OBD2B update ensures real-time monitoring of emission levels using onboard sensors, helping reduce pollution and improving long-term engine performance. This system alerts riders via the instrument console warnings if any emission-related fault is detected. Hero had recently updated its 100cc models like the Splendor Plus and Passion Plus with OBD2B compliance.
