Aston Martin has launched the third-generation Vanquish in India, reviving one of its most iconic nameplates with an aggressive new design and enhanced performance. Priced at Rs 8.85 crore, ex-showroom, before options kick in, the grand tourer is the fastest series production car in the brand’s history, powered by a twin-turbo V12 engine that delivers an astounding 835 hp and 1000 Nm of torque. Here’s a look at what’s on offer.

Aston Martin Vanquish: All you need to know

The new Vanquish retains its signature coupe silhouette but now comes with more aerodynamic refinements, including a massive front grille, sleek LED headlamps, and quad exhausts at the rear. The swooping roofline and sculpted side strakes give it a more aggressive stance, while the 21-inch forged alloy wheels, wrapped in bespoke Pirelli rubber, complete the look of this high-performance GT.

Inside, the two-seater cabin features dual-tone dashboard wrapped in premium leather, accented with carbon-fiber elements, and houses a revamped center console with physical controls for climate and audio settings.
There’s a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, while a matching 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (wired). Other highlights include a 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins sound system, dual-zone climate control, a wireless phone charger, and a heated steering wheel. There’s also a panoramic glass roof, a first for the Vanquish, on offer, though buyers can also opt for a carbon-fiber roof.
Powering the Vanquish is a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 engine, sending power exclusively to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission. The car rockets from 0-100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds, topping out at a blistering 345 kmph.
Safety and driver assistance systems include multiple airbags, a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake, and an ADAS suite.
