WARANGAL: A 16-year-old boy died due to electrocution while charging his mobile phone in Jhalli village in Chennaraopet mandal of Warangal district on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as S Rajesh who was studying in Class 7 in a private school.
According to the Chennaraopet SI G Rajesh Reddy, the boy came in contact with a live wire while keeping his mobile phone for charging at his residence.
He immediately fell unconscious inside his room. Family members immediately rushed him to the nearest hospital where doctors declared him dead.
